We had tenants abandon a 7000 sq foot property in unbelievably terrible condition\u2014debris, barrels of oil, old tires, broken machinery. Mohammed handled the whole restoration process and also had the wisdom not to show the property until it was cleaned up and presented well. We now have an excellent tenant, Discount Tires, which I believe prides itself on both on the appearance of both the bays where the work is done as well as its curb appeal from the street.
